Visiting Medcare from Outside Bongaigaon

Plan a one-day visit
- Book before you travel. Call 60031 21297 or WhatsApp 98642 66191 and tell us you are coming from outside Bongaigaon. We will suggest a time that suits your travel.
- Send your reports in advance. WhatsApp old reports and your medicine list so Dr. Das can see your history before you arrive.
- Ask about fasting. If a fasting blood test may be needed, we will tell you when to stop eating and how to manage diabetes medicines that morning.
- Arrive early in the day. A morning arrival leaves time for tests such as echo, ECG or HbA1c after the consultation.
- Leave with a clear plan. Dr. Das explains every result before you leave, and writes when and how to follow up.

Follow-up from far away
Many follow-up questions can be handled by sending reports on WhatsApp. When a change in treatment needs examination, Dr. Das will ask you to visit. For stable patients, visits are planned at longer gaps to reduce travel.

FAQs
Can I finish everything in one day?
Usually yes. Book ahead, arrive in the morning and bring your old reports. Consultation and most tests are done the same day at Medcare. Blood tests are done at a lab nearby of your choice, and some reports may arrive later, in which case you can send them on WhatsApp.
Do I need to stay overnight?
Most patients do not. A sleep study is done overnight, and some monitors are worn for one to several days. If you need one of these, we will plan the timing with you.
Can I consult without coming to Bongaigaon?
For a first visit, Dr. Das needs to see and examine you. Afterwards, reports can be shared on WhatsApp so the clinic can tell you whether a visit is needed.
